Admin Assistant III

This highly visible role provides administrative support with a focus on a full range of support of reviews at the senior leadership level. This individual will be the sole administrative point of contact responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and facilitating various types of business reviews at both the ES Sector and Inc level. Priorities include schedule coordination, meeting material collection, virtual and live support to the meeting attendees during the reviews (Web-Ex and Telepresence), and paper and electronic approvals and record maintenance.

The successful candidate must be IT savvy, have professional presence to engage with senior leaders, and be able to advance his/her understanding and interpretation of the company Delegation of Authority (DOA), specifically as it relates to the Request for Bid Approvals (RBA) and Teaming Agreement process. This individual will also assume additional responsibilities in between reviews.
