Some of our previous interns have had the following to say regarding their experience with BAE Systems…
“Working at BAE Systems was my first corporate job. Two things came to my mind when I accepted the offer: shadowing and learning the ropes of the business. However, to my surprise, I got to lead a large project that will help improve our internal communication, build strong professional skills, and network all in one summer. Being able to take a part of the puzzle that ties the whole together is what truly made me continue past my internship!”

Not only did my work-experience allow me to grow as a professional in the work force, but workshops put on by the LEAP staff showed me what my strengths and weakness are and how to leverage them. Because of the LEAP program I am very confident that I will be successful in my future endeavors.”
