As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll partner closely with our recruiting team, hiring managers, applicants, and candidates in support of the interview and hiring process. Your day to day will encompass greeting candidates, checking applicants in our ATS, assisting with interview scheduling, events, and pinch hit with various recruiting projects and assignments. In this position, you will have a direct and impactful presence in how Axon is viewed as a place to work, and contribute to the quality of our candidate experience.
Ideally, your strengths are prioritizing, multitasking, and working efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You are organized with a close attention to detail and highly customer-centric attitude. You also have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English as well as great interpersonal skills. You are confident in using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and internet research)
As our Recruitment Coordinator, you will handle interview and candidate logistics, and performs select tasks to support the Recruiting team including: posting job advertisements, updating and maintaining appropriate databases, tools, and reports. Major accountability for scheduling, organizing and running in-person as well as telephone / video interviews and to ensure an awesome candidate experience. You will be booking travel and accommodations for out of town candidates. In addition, you will facilitate the application process and proctor pre-employment assessments through Applicant Tracking System and assists with developing candidate pools through 1st contact outreach, and performing initial culture screenings.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in recruitment, HR or administration
- Experience of arranging travel and events management
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Demonstrated sound track record of problem solving and great analytical skills, coupled with the ability to operate well within ambiguous environments.
