We're working on a truly rare problem set - how to bring the best in tech to cops so they can get out from behind their computers and onto the streets doing awesome stuff like protecting the innocent and prosecuting the guilty. Axon builds smart devices and software services to protect life and truth. Simply put, our mission is two parts: Save lives at the personal level; Improve police accountability, performance, and efficiency at the societal level.

Basic Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
  • Real passion for designing and creating technology products
  • Strong analytical abilities with a track record of taking ownership and driving results
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Self-starter who is able to solve problems with minimal oversight
  • GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0 (Strong academic performance)

Responsibilities

  • Work actively with core product and customer-facing teams to deliver on critical short-term objectives as we grow and scale our product over the summer. Those responsibilities may vary depending on the needs of the team in early June, but may include:
  • Engaging in market research, user segmentation, and financial analysis
  • Documenting user workflows, needs and requirements, and capabilities
  • Supporting customer-facing leaders with project management, task assignment and delivery, and coordination with agency partners
  • Exploring new and additional product development not currently fully staffed by the team
  • Evaluating and leading the integration of software partners to assist in the more rapid delivery of our core product
