Your Impact
As our People Operations Manager you will report directly to the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition. As a member of the People Operations Team you will provide thought leadership and guidance in the continuous improvement of the People Operations function. You will have the opportunity to lead operational strategy, process improvement, and utilize tools and technology to build reporting & analytics. We will look to you to help design and build scalable recruiting processes globally. In your role, you will also be the primary contact for recruitment marketing and branding initiatives.

Your day to day
Use your creativity, expertise, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to help transform our recruiting function to a strategic Talent Acquisition organization
Identify and implement recruiting standardized methodologies to streamline processes, drive value, and cost-effectiveness across the organization
Set the standards for process and data integrity of Recruiting metrics
Act as a Program Manager for Recruiting initiatives to enhance operational improvements that focus on quality scalable branding
Lead the execution of the Employee Referral program, collaborate with Onboarding, People Operations, and Business Partners
Identify, assess and recommend appropriate tools and resources based upon Recruiting and business needs
Establish and manage 3rd party relationships and, define & measure success based upon metrics and deliverables
Integrate Recruiting systems, tools, and technologies across Recruiting and People Operations platform
Coordinate project management of ATS implementation, upgrades, and integration of other systems
Drive adoption, optimization, and full utilization of all recruitment tools and technology
Identify new opportunities to improve quality and streamline operational initiatives

Reporting & Metrics

  • Develop recruitment metrics that drive optimal staffing performance in collaboration with business partners
  • Develop and manage recruiting reports, metrics, and dashboards
  • Lead recruiting operations in alignment to SLA and metrics developed in partnership with the Recruiting team.
  • Manage hiring targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), ensuring that our processes are running efficiently and improving over time
  • Partner with Recruiting Leadership to continually assess the effectiveness of recruiting tools and processes
  • Recruitment Marketing
  • Collaborate with internal Marketing team on global employment brand strategy
  • Increase social media footprint across all platforms and tools
  • Coordinate recruitment marketing and branding events
  • People Operations
  • Facilitate on-going training, communication, and education on system upgrades and enhancements
  • Develop training programs for interviewers, hiring managers, and recruiters
  • Build and scale the employee referral program
  • Partner with Onboarding to create a premier new-hire experience
  • Change advocate with ability to adapt in a fluid environment

Skills Required

  • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence others into action and to think creatively about solutions.
  • 5+ years progressive experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Operations experience encompassing analytics, process engineering, system administration and client and candidate excellence
  • Demonstrated understanding of recruiting operating procedures, guidelines, and legal requirements as they apply to compliance in employment practices and applicant tracking
  • Excellent analytic and metric based skills and recruitment system experience (i.e. ATS, CRM and Social Media tools)
  • Vendor Management, RPO, or agency experience required
  • Strong project/program management skills
  • Strong understanding/experience working with HR Technology and tools
  • Proven change management experience with Recruiting focus
  • Established project management, organizational, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to partner with business leaders across disciplines, functions, and departments
  • Demonstrated problem solving, communication, and relationship building skills
