Your Impact
We are looking for electrical engineering talent to help drive a growing engineering organization forward. We are looking for a creative person with an experimental personality and electrical engineering expertise to design solutions to the problems faced by our law enforcement and public safety professional customers around the world.

You should be comfortable in some of these areas: Embedded systems, switching power supplies, magnetic design, analog design, digital circuits, RF (Bluetooth and WiFi), high-speed circuits, HD and 4K video, audio enhancements, circuit miniaturization, and low power design/aggressive power management.

Skills Required

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
  • Minimum of 7 years of electrical engineering design experience
  • Designs products to enterprise quality standards
  • Interprets product requirements & writes engineering specifications
  • Uses schematic capture tools, preferably OrCAD
  • Designs for manufacturing and test
  • Designs video/audio recording systems
  • Designs point of load switching DC/DC converters & regulators
  • Designs inter-processor/peripheral interfaces (USB, SDIO, SPI, I2C, I2S)
  • Selects optimal memory for design (eMMC, NAND, SD Card)
  • Integrates RF systems or modules (WiFi, Bluetooth)
  • Designs rechargeable battery powered systems
  • Uses various lab test and measurement equipment (scopes, logic analyzers)
  • Designs to regulatory standards (CE, FCC)
  • Designs high-speed parallel and serial interfaces
  • Designs systems with microprocessors and application processors
  • Simulates & analyzes circuits and signal integrity
