We genuinely love what we do and are looking for others who share this passion.

NOTE: CDs typically come up through two channels, writing and design. This role is specifically for copywriters who became CDs. So if you've started out as a writer, please read on.

Your Impact
After leading creative teams on the agency side, you're ready to build an in-house agency on the client side. You're excited by the challenge of shaping a new brand on a global scale, and you're eager for meaning in your work and the potential for real societal impact.

You're a versatile and prolific writer with a designer's eye. You're a leader who knows what extraordinary work looks like and how to inspire creatives to hit that bar consistently. You know the right balance of process and chaos. You know how to lock down a moving target with social agility and you can hold your own in a room full of creatives and execs alike. You rapidly experiment, fail, learn and iterate to keep driving to a higher standard.

Most importantly, you are energized by our mission. We're a rapidly growing, billion-dollar company with some bold goals to help protect life in public safety.

We're looking for an experienced creative leader on a steep trajectory to help us up-level our story, our brand and our content, in both strategy and volume. The sooner we can connect the right dots and shine a clarifying light on our solutions, the sooner our customers can make decisions and get on to the business of protecting lives with our technologies. It's important, impactful work, and perfect for someone looking to combine purpose and passion.
