We are the leaders in a body-worn camera market that is exploding in growth. We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to assist with definition and development of key customer experiences. You will start out by studying product metrics and existing customer experiences, and driving improvements that can be delivered quickly.

In this role you'll visit and talk with public safety agencies, go on ride-alongs, and conduct field research to understand what our customers need and don't need from their systems. You'll work every day with our core product team to ensure we're shipping the right stuff, in the right order, at the right time, and most importantly, that it works.

Your Day to Day

  • Study, improve, and create metrics that can be used to understand product and customer success
  • Visit and communicate directly with our customers to understand their needs and workflows
  • Provide sales support as needed
  • Synthesize customer requirements into actionable plans for our body worn camera software system
  • Coordinate development of incremental firmware and software releases

Skills Required

  • BS in computer science or related degree, or technical background plus 2 years work experience in a Product or Program management role focused on connected hardware, IoT, mobile devices, networking, or cloud apps
  • Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, creativity in finding ways to generate and use data to make decisions
  • Excited about learning how to make trade-offs, when there is a lack of qualitative or quantitative data
  • Ability to successfully work on a cross-functional team as well as engage directly with our customers in the field
  • Passion for making sure that customers are successful
  • Periodic travel is required, 5-10 days per quarter
