The impact you'll make:

As a process and subject matter expert, the HR4U Team Leader provides first level support to all HR4U representatives in the resolution of difficult or complex employee/Manager/HR queries and administrative issues. In providing such support, the Team Lead will identify and document gaps in HR4U knowledge, process, and/or training, making recommendations to the extended leadership team for remediation. The Team Lead will contribute to any remedial actions by creating process flows & SOPs, training, and coaching. In addition to the continuous improvement of the existing HR4U scope of activity, the Team Lead will also assist in the transfer of new work to the department. The Team Lead is responsible for operational monitoring and supervision of HR4U representatives in-line with HR4U work practices and standards.

What you'll do:

Essential duties and responsibilities, shown below, will vary accordingly based on assignment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides supervision to HR4U representatives
  • Acts as first level support to HR4U representatives across all working schedules as required.
  • High level processing e.g. Leadership in-box, and global support processes
  • Identifies and assists with continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assists with transfer of new work coming into HR4U.
  • Trains and coaches on new and existing programs/processes
  • Provides administrative assistance where required.
  • Completion of special projects when assigned

What we're looking for:

Required Experience

  • High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years customer service and/or administrative experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Proficient in the use of a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office, database and cases management systems.
  • Training and coaching.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings on a flexible/rotational basis (as required).
  • Leadership, decision making, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams
  • Can interpret and act on analytic data pertaining to team performance.
  • Good organizational skills and effective listening and telephone skills
  • Customer service oriented with the ability to interpret needs
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
  • Ability to speak, read and write English fluently.
  • Regular and punctual attendance required.
