The Sr. Manager, Field Marketing Canada will report to the Group Manager of North America Field Marketing and will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing regional marketing campaigns and activities that target prospective and current clients to generate new business opportunities, support pipeline growth, assist sales in building new client relationships and retaining existing client relationships. This person will be the central point of contact within the region for Field Marketing and he or she must be able to balance strategic thinking with tactical, detailed execution.

Day-to-day you will:

⦁ Plan and implement local market awareness, account-centric marketing, lead generation and client marketing initiatives while partnering closely with regional leadership and sales team, local Accenture and Microsoft marketing counterparts and key partners

⦁ Closely manage all marketing activities and outcomes (campaigns, events, digital marketing& partner activities)

⦁ Track & measure marketing effectiveness and adjust plan accordingly

⦁ In agreement with Sales leadership define target audiences

⦁ Maintain understanding and line of sight to all global and area marketing programs in order to communicate 360 view of marketing impact to Canada

⦁ Supports the client evidence process by working with account owners to identify new wins, public references and case studies, and to help acquire required approvals

⦁ Adheres to marketing policies and practices at different levels that are relevant to the current activity

⦁ Serve as the marketing expert in region

About you:

Likely years' experience

⦁ 5+ years of B2B field marketing experience

⦁ 3 + years marketing experience within a IT / Technical Services or Professional services industry

Your skillset likely includes:

⦁ Knowledge of developing strategic marketing plans and implementing marketing campaigns

⦁ Strong communication and influencing skills

⦁ Self-motivated; ability to take ownership for assigned projects; ability to work independently and with a team

⦁ Strong leadership capability, ability to motivate teams and work well cross functionally

⦁ Strong project management skills, ability

⦁ Some knowledge of consulting services industry

⦁ Experience interacting directly with clients in a marketing capacity is a plus

⦁ Knowledge of Microsoft enterprise technologies, including Microsoft Office

Your likely education and certifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline with a minimum
