Scheduling & Opportunity Management Analyst

As a Scheduling Analyst, you will manage the supply and demand to effectively and efficiently staff projects with the necessary capabilities and expertise. You will work with various parties within Avanade in order to accomplish this. These individuals include Talent Community Leads, the Business Developers, Project Managers, and the Human Resources team.
As Opportunity Management analyst, you will manage the sales pipeline according to Avanade policies. You will keep the CRM system of Avanade up to date with the latest information provided by the Business Developers. Once a contract with a customer is signed, you will perform the required internal checks with legal counterparts and other internal stakeholders during the contract booking process.
Your scheduling responsibilities:
Be in charge of the assignments of consultants on the different projects that are ongoing
Work with the Talent Community Leads and Project Managers to help them staff resources on client projects
Update and maintain data in the scheduling system while ensuring information is accurate and reliable
Distribute weekly reports to the management team
Coordinate and facilitate employees' resume updates and writing in a standardized format
Track and report certification metrics of consultants
Your Opportunity Management responsibilities:

You have a University degree
Ideally, you have about 1 to 5 years of experience.
You are able to facilitate and balance needs of stakeholders (i.e. customers, Business Development, Capability Director, and consultant in the fulfilment of a role in a project)
You can work in a dynamic, frequently changing and geographically dispersed environment
You are willing to help wherever needed - even in areas not specifically linked to scheduling and Opportunity Management
You possess a sound working knowledge of MS office products: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
You are goal-oriented and you have a sense of urgency to get things done
You are willing to seek responsibility and take ownership of tasks
You are organized with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
You are Independent, persistent, and decisive
You communicate effectively, both written and verbal, in Dutch, French and English
