Major Responsibilities and day to day activities and/or objective for the role:

  • This role will be a part of the Rapid Response Team
  • Responsible for acknowledging and triaging service requests and work to provide appropriate solutions through hot fix or refer to L2 support


Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years' experience
  • Good working knowledge of the following:
  • C#
  • VB.net
  • TAP
  • LINQ
  • SQL
  • Stored Procedures and WCF

Other Skills:

  • Knowledge of Silverlight
  • SSRS

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Life Insurance Industry
