Marketing Lead Belgium

As our Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing Avanade's marketing strategy in Belgium.

Marketing programs, including awareness, relationship building, and demand generation activities are the primary means through which this is accomplished.

Your main responsibilities include planning, developing and managing regional marketing campaigns and activities that target prospects and current clients to generate new business opportunities, support pipeline growth and assist sales in building client relationships.

You will report to the Group Manager of Gallia Field Marketing who covers the Netherlands, Belgium and France. Autonomy and initiative are therefore very important aspects in your daily life.

And let's not forget that you are the driver behind all this on a local level; you co-ordinate, design, implement, manage and evaluate all actions and activities.


For this key role, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of relevant experience in a B2B Marketing environment, including working closely with direct and indirect sales teams.
You are hands-on and have experience in different topics, such as brand awareness, demand generation, digital marketing, internal communications, event management.
You can manage projects, have strong written and verbal communication skills and are excellent in time management and handling different priorities.
We would welcome PR- and copywriting skills as well as knowledge of the IT Services industry.
It goes without saying that you have a successful track record in designing and implementing marketing campaigns targeted at large enterprises.
Last, but not least, we expect you to manage the relationship with all stakeholders as well as the budget and time.
