About the Role

The Marketing Automation & Campaign Management Specialist will manage multiple Marketing Automation and Cloud implementations as well as provide strategic direction for marketing campaign tactics powered by Marketing Automation technology . This role will work with and be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional and cross-level teams both internally, as well as with key business partners and clients.

To be successful in this role, you have experience as a Digital Marketer , a passion for data driven marketing strategies and excitement to learn new marketing technology tools . Ideally, you have work ed with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and have relevant Marketing Automation e xperience that includes working with one or several of the following platforms: Dynamics 365 Marketing (preferred) , Marketo (preferred) , Adobe Campaign, Hubspot , Eloqua, or ClickDimensions (preferred). You have the ability to understand what is needed to plan, design and implement multi-channel Marketing campaigns and have strong project management skills .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to understand existing programs and company assets and translate new marketing technology capabilities to meet desired business results.
  • Ability to analy ze data/results related to current business processes to identify areas that indicate a need or opportunity for improvement and apply this to marketing automation .
  • Skilled at researching, evaluating and implementing various tools, automation and navigating the complexity of integrat ed solutions
  • Adept at learning new techniques and adapting technology skills to quickly to respond to market opportunities.
  • P ossess basic web development understanding and digital design skills (HTML at a minimum)
  • Ability to work with marketing teams to understand go-to-market programs and campaigns and provide direction on how to use Marketing Automation to launch these campaigns
  • Partners with global/regional Service Line Marketing on campaign assets and collateral creation, both content-related and supporting documents (e.g., budget, target accounts, KPIs, timeline, etc.)
  • Ability to conduct training, planning and recommend best practices to optimally leverage sales activities
  • Understands campaign distribution sources and channels, including online content, and localization of assets
  • Understands change management and has the ability to develop others
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Campaign Management
  • 2+ years working with and/or implementing Marketing Automation platform s with CRM or other technology tools related to sales and marketing processes.
  • 2+ years of experience in working with a digital agency or digital technology services-oriented company
  • Management Experience: Experience managing hybrid marketing and IT teams is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field. Or, s ignificant equivalent experience.
  • Marketing Automation experience with Marketo or Adobe Campaign preferred;
  • Additional Marketing Automation experience with any of the following is ideal: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing , Oracle Eloqua, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, ExactTarget, Pardot, , ClickDimensions , Hubspot , ActOn . Basic HTML,CSS
Required Certifications : Marketing Automation platforms is a plus.
