MARKET UNIT LEAD, DIGITAL
The Digital Market Unit Lead (MU Lead) is responsible for growing their assigned market segment by providing innovative and market relevant solutions that solve our client's business challenges.
As Digital Market Unit Lead in Denmark, you will have two fundamental roles. Outside Avanade, you will be responsible for bring the most innovative and impactful digital solutions to our clients. Inside Avanade, you will be responsible for the overall performance and growth of the region's Digital Market Unit.
In the first role, you be highly engaged with our clients, as well as with our counterparts at Microsoft and Accenture, to promote and grow our Digital business and ensure we deliver full-spectrum innovative solutions and value for clients.
In the second role, you will develop the Digital MU business strategy, help drive sales, ensure quality solutions and deliver against financial performance metrics. To do this, you'll work closely and effectively with our sales team and other Market Unit leads.
Day-to-day, you will:
Help set the Digital MU strategy for Denmark and partner with peers in the Nordics and with the Area-level Digital MU Lead to establish the strategy and operations plans
Leveraging your network of industry and digital contacts to identify talent, potential business opportunity, and generate innovative partner relationships
Support investment decisions to help grow the offering and practice
Ensure the architected solutions adhere to Avanade delivery methodologies and achieve high client satisfaction
Help to determine priorities for staff positioning on client projects, business development activities and internal investment initiatives
Travel within Denmark as needed
You are a leader—whether it's driving your colleagues to envision, shape, sell and deliver digital projects; guiding clients along their digital transformations; educating and motivating the sales team; or working with peer leads to shape and implement broader strategy.
You can't be chained to a desk. You love to be in front of clients to understand their needs and articulate Avanade's value proposition. You're eager to get out into the Microsoft, Accenture and other partner communities to sell Avanade and network for new opportunities.

Knowledge of digital marketing (Sitecore), data & analytics, customer relationship management, experience design, mobility, user experience and how these work together as part of the client and customer experience
Understanding the skills needed in a team to sell, shape and deliver digital work
Ability to attract —and connect to a network of possible candidates to hire into our digital organization
Leadership and communication skills, especially strong influencing and negotiation capabilities
You have a strong professional network that you can leverage to grow talent, business, and or partner relationships.
You likely have a Bachelor's Degree in a business or technology-related field, with an MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
