Growth Markets Workplace Modernization and 0365 Offering Lead

Role Purpose:

Growth Markets Offering Lead is responsible for the overall performance and growth of a given MU-Offering across Growth Markets and their assigned Region. The GM Portfolio Offering Lead works closely with the Regional Offering leads and the GM Modern IT Lead to implement a strategy for offering identification and investments. This role is focused on driving the offering every day; they are the "face" of the Offering internally and externally in their area, support offering sales and delivery, manage offering related capability and capacity, and own area interlock with offering alliance partners, Microsoft and Accenture.

Key Responsibilities

  • One job every day - drive the offering
  • Work with account teams to drive offering sales in targeted accounts
  • Lead solution planning & design efforts for offerings
  • Manages effective delivery of offerings to clients (+project mobilization, QAs)
  • Provide offering education to enable account teams to position with clients
  • Drive our Area partner relationships
  • Interlock with Accenture at the offering level
  • Interlock with Global CoE on offering / asset development
  • Reviews and approves ROMs and deals as per deal review matrix for offering
  • Collaborates with DM leads to surface delivery issues and estimate EAC outcomes for offering
  • Partners with RCLs to determine priorities for staff positioning on client projects, business development activities and internal investments initiatives for offering
  • Partners with Regional Capability Lead on MU workforce strategy, balancing supply vs demand timing and optimal GDN participation for offering

    Qualifications
    Years of Experience:

    7+ years' relevant technology business leadership experience, including solution sales, creation, delivery and business management

    Management Experience

    5+ years of demonstrated people and/or business leadership experience, particularly leading consultants

    Education

    Bachelor's degree in business or technology-related field required; advanced degree strongly preferred, particularly technical (IT, engineering, or related) or MBA

    Skills/ Knowledge/ Experience Required

    Qualifications:
    • Experience with Workplace Infrastructure and the Microsoft Office 365 suite would be expected.

    Business Leadership Experience
    • Experience helping grow a technology services line of business through strategy and sales contribution
    • Experience establishing a presence in the target market and in the minds of key clients through client interactions and executive presence
    • Experience with sales principles and practices, including business development, marketing, and complex channel management
    • Ability to effectively team with peers in a large, matrixed organizations
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, especially strong influencing and negotiation capabilities
    • Track record in developing and growing long term, high value client relationship
    Consulting & Delivery Experience
    • Experience in delivering Modern Workplace and Productivity solutions for client organizations through complex solutions / projects with heavy client interaction
    • Experience with O365 migration planning and on-going managed services for O365 based Productivity solutions
    • Strong consulting / project-based background, including assessing and managing the opportunity and risk associated with large scale, complex projects
    • Ability to guide and direct leadership teams in development, production, and promotion of solution offerings
    • Significant experience with off-shore teams and deliver
    • Deep technical expertise in domains relevant to Market Unit solution portfolio

    Additional Area / Region specific requirements
    • Experience and or exposure within APAC regions particularly, ASEAN, Japan, Australia and China would be preferred.
