Global Talent Acquisition Services Delivery Specialist

Our Talent Acquisition Services Delivery position is integral in executing and supporting our recruiting strategy in partnership with local talent acquisition teams and our offshore delivery center. Within the role, you'll manage the ongoing operational interlock between our local TA teams and our offshore delivery centers.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Managing operational process improvements between local and delivery centers teams to drive higher efficiency and effectiveness in Talent Acquisition.
  • Maintaining ongoing feedback from local and delivery center teams on service challenges as well as best practices.
  • Reviewing our quality standards and service levels to ensure our services are responding to changing Talent Acquisition needs.
  • Driving a "one team" culture dedicated to achieving business outcomes through continuous improvement.


About you

You likely have at least two years of HR Operations or HR Service Delivery experience

with 1 or more years experience working in or closely with Talent Acquisition.

You're process-oriented with an understanding of end-to-end recruitment process methodology. Although you're a team player, you have a solid history of solving problems and delivering impact as an individual contributor towards team objectives. You thrive in a fast-paced, geographically dispersed environment, and are comfortable forming relationships with key stakeholders.

Your experience and skillset likely includes:
  • Previous Off-shore delivery center experience a strong plus
  • Strong global work experience.
  • Successful evaluation of HR operational processes, identifying areas for improvement or standardization
  • Advanced level Excel and data management skills, including the ability to interpret data from a variety of internal and external sources
  • Advanced workflow and diagraming skills, including the ability to communicate workflow purpose, predicted outcomes, and standardization opportunities
  • Experience within a multi-national organization leveraging offshore and vendor resources to deliver HR services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and consultative skills, with the ability to organize and convey complex information clearly and succinctly
  • A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic and proven organizational skills with attention to detail.

Your likely Education:

A Bachelor's Degree in HR, business or psychology is ideal, and an advanced degree is a plus or equivalent experience.
