ABOUT THE ROLE
As our integrated Global Practice Program Manager, not only will you be a pivotal part of an existing high performing team but will also directly interact with the most senior levels of leadership within Avanade multiple times a week. Your role will be an integral part to the One Advisory mission, breaking silos and building partnership.

This role will actively support the Advisory Executive Leadership Team and will be an opportunity to build your Avanade network across all Areas, Regions and Functions, particularly with leadership. Prior experience of how Advisory works a plus

You will be responsible for planning, mobilization, execution, integration, and successful closure of project workstreams related to the development and integration of our Global Practices and Go to Market. During the project life cycle, you will communicate status with regular frequency, manage risks and will issue and monitor performance according to in place agreements made between internal stakeholders.

Key to your success will be ensuring successful delivery of projects as measured by schedule, internal customer satisfaction and deliverable quality performance measures.

Success criteria for this role include:
• Ownership of delivery of the One Advisory Go-to Market 
• Coordinate and manage content of Advisory Hub including content calendar and communications & governance
• Oversee development of, and project manage new Advisory assets
• Day to day management of Portfolio Council including but not limited to:
• Support preparation for critical meetings and events
• Manage the Program Shared Calendar and creation/tracking of meetings as required
• Facilitate meetings
• Proactively connect all groups within the wider Program Team and provide an expert point of contact on all matters relating to the objectives, operations and delivery of the program
• Assist with team management, communications and events
• Maintain and progress a backlog of PMO continuous improvement initiatives
Support and tracking of Segmented Accounts including:
• Area and Regional tracking of Accounts
• Coordinating and maintaining thought leadership opportunities based on Market Signals
• Preparing and co-facilitation of workshops

Build and maintain a partnership with key stakeholders including the Portfolio Agility team, OCTO, support the development of assets in conjunction with these and other groups.

• Results oriented / self-directed ability to drive change in unstructured environment
• Good business acumen and time management skills
• Internal customer-oriented attitude and good interpersonal skills
• Executive stakeholder management with virtual stakeholders spanning multiple global time zones and continents
• Plan, manage, and influence a team - (will require influence and stakeholder management)
• Demonstrated ability to think and work systematically and logically
• Maintain strong relationship with and deliver value to multiple strategic stakeholders
• Deliver assigned outcomes with high business impact of high quality and against strict deadlines
• Competency in data visualization with the ability to generate insights to inform decision making
• Project Management Institute (PMI) PMP certification preferred, but not required
• Solid understanding of project methodologies including agile e.g. scrum and waterfall e.g. Prince II
Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Strategic program management experience
• Demonstrable insight and experience in interacting with all levels of the business
• Marketing mindset and delivery precision
• Leadership, energy, and enthusiasm in the field of transformational change
• A demonstrable track record of delivering complex programs of change using a blend of program methodologies and exemplary stakeholder engagement
• Consulting / project-based background
• Account management a plus
• Strong analytical and statistical skills
• Collaborative and able to influence without direct authority
