You have a passion for learning teamed with good business sense and time management and can manage your clients' expectations effectively. You have earned a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field and have one to two years of academic experience in your field.
About the job
Working as part of the CRM Solution Development team, you program and put into effect customer relatio nship management (CRM) systems for some of the top companies in the world. You make sure that the chosen CRM solution is the right one for your client and that their other software applications integrate well, and that it meets their business needs - as we ll as being easy to use and maintain.
You work alongside the delivery teams, supporting them with CRM solution planning, analysis, design, build and test. You also support in CRM issue escalation and resolution.
Day-to-day, your work will:
Enable the desig n of conceptual architecture and technical solutions
Use key performance indicators (critical metrics) to measure and test the quality of projects
Improve your clients' business by identifying potential challenges and supporting improvement through their C RM system
Involve travelling as needed.
You're a superb communicator with some consulting experience, and you've already worked with clients to develop and be responsible for an executable plan. You probably already have around two years of mea ningful experience, and your skills include:
Working with global and offshore teams
Familiarity with at least one leading commercial CRM system
An understanding of common industry-standard business practices supported by CRM
You will likely have a bachelor's d egree in a business or technology-related field. If you are an internal applicant , you likely have one or more of these internal certifications: Simple Interactive Statistical Analysis (SISA) or Architecture of Open Source Applications (AOSA) or Scientific Interface Definition Language (SIDL). Other Microsoft and project management certifications (such as Project Management Professional, Projects in Controlled Environments (PRINCE2), Project Management Institute) are considered valuable.
