CRM IT Specialist (PRD)


As a Manager in the Avanade Dynamics 365, you will use your strategy and operations consulting skills, business process knowledge, and other methodologies and tools to quantitatively analyze issues and drive solutions to transform our client's business.

In this highly demanding role you'll be responsible for complex CRM implementation projects in the field of Retail, Consumer Goods & Services.
You'll support clients in defining and implementing integrated solutions and liaise closely with all relevant partners and teams to develop effective concepts.
From planning and budgeting to controlling and reporting - you'll manage the whole project cycle.
Last but not least, you'll ensure first class client support, manage team/projects, assist colleagues in demanding presales projects.


■At least 3+ years of CRM implementation, analysis and/or project management experience (Dynamics 365・Dynamics AX・Dynamics CRM、SAP R/3・ECC、Oracle, PeopleSoft, Siebel, Sales Force etc)
■Knowledge and work experience in Retail, Consumer Goods & Services field
■Abilities for business analytics and insight, client-oriented work styles
■Excellent presentation skills
■Ability to be flexible, a self-starter and a team player
■Willingness to travel
■Business-level English proficiency is preferred
