CRM Business Analyst - Ireland

Role overview:

As a CRM Business Analysis Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and deploying end-user solutions in CRM systems. Through deep functional knowledge and familiarity with the CRM application in use, you will ensure that client business requirements are met while providing a variety of advisory services around project management, business process development, implementation support, and end-user training as needed. You will also support project planning and requirements gathering efforts across CRM projects. This role is typically considered the entry career level for learned professional disciplines or a progression within administrative/technical specialties

Key Role Responsibilities:
Day-to-day you will:
-Support translation of business requirements into CRM business solutions
-Support requirements management efforts, including approval, communication, traceability, and re-use
-Contribute to transfer of functional requirements to development and test team members
-Leverage CRM workflow technology to automate business processes
-Stay informed on updates and new releases in CRM technologies
-Educate end users on CRM functionality as needed

You are a strong analytical thinker. You enjoy translating client business needs into software capabilities and making sure that end users are adept at using those features. You are a big-picture thinker who knows how to bring improvement to complex systems.

Your technical skills may include:
-Knowledge of CRM Systems and business solution implementations
-Some knowledge of CRM issue diagnosing and troubleshooting
-Experience with specific technologies as specified by hiring manager

Your non-technical skills may include:
-Some experience consulting with external clients
-Preferred experience working with global and off-shore project teams
-Great communication skills

Preferred Education Background: Additionally, a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent technical degree is preferred.

Preferred Years of Work Experience: You are likely to have about one year of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of work experience and education.
