Consultor Change Enablement

The Consultant, Change Management executes complex or strategic tasks and provides tactical project coordination to deliver the design and implementation of organizational change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Under general guidelines and direction,the Consultant, Change Management provides advanced execution and tactical project coordination in one or more specialty areas such as:

  • Application of formal change architectures, models, and frameworks
  • Measurement of short- and long-term business outcomes related to organizational change
  • Plans to drive successful adoption of the change within the organization
  • Quantitative and qualitative analyses to implement data-driven change models
  • Identification and alignment of relevant stakeholders
  • Distribution of timely and relevant information through an integrated, attractive, and comprehensive communications strategy
  • Organizational design to maximize effectiveness and mitigate risks
  • Development and execution of strategic training plans to prepare individuals for success during and after the change
  • Assessment of organizational readiness and current state vs. future state gaps

General responsibilities and activities include:

  • Management of routine workstreams within the context of a larger project/program
  • Coordination of and oversight of work activities and deliverables of more junior resources
  • Executing and/or strategic tasks requiring advanced subject matter expertise

Qualifications

Years of Experience:

3-7 years of experience; at least 3-5 years of experience in Change Enablement

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

The Consultant, Change Management is an individual contributor and/or team leader role, operating independently under general guidelines and direction. The job is focused primarily focused on managing day-to-day operational priorities and oversees timeliness, accuracy,and quality of others' work products.

  • Areas of responsibility - Contributes to activities and deliverables of one or more workstreams within a larger project. Performs own work independently under general direction

  • Cost control - Delivers work products/deliverables within budget or scope of assigned workstreams. Informs project manager/functional lead of budget or scope deviations as they occur
  • Quality control - Applies best practices to validate quality of work products and deliverables within assigned workstream, identifying and rectifying errors and other issues before they are delivered to a customer
  • Size of Projects Managed - N/A (portion of larger projects)
  • People Managed - Small team(s). (e.g. # of people and seniority, up to 5), multi workforce, single site
