About the role
The Client Executive is a high-profile role, and will own a key utilities client relationship. Responsible for leading and managing all delivery activities to achieve revenue targets, whilst driving innovation and the direction of the service stream.
Serving as the strategic business partner, driving the direction of the account and acting as the 'service champion.
A key element of the role includes: maximising revenue, delivering margin organically growing sales, with support from senior sales colleagues.
The role is predominately London based; spending time with the business unit CIO and building relationships with business leads and interfacing/managing relationships with the trading team.
Day-to-day, you will:
You will be expected to ensure the 'run' services continues to deliver well and we bring innovation and best practice to ensure continued relevance and improvement.
Outside of Trading you will be the ambassador of Avanade, and ensure internal referenceability and leverage of the main deal outside of Trading.
Develop partner relationships and oversee competitive intelligence and growth of the business relationship.
Contribute to securing long-term account growth, sales and revenue, while maintaining agreed profitability, expanding client relationships and buyer access and long-term client success.
Your experience in agile and offshore shaping, confidence building and delivery will be critical to success. Managing the committed services to SLAs and objectives including developing the delivery team to be successful.
We are seeking a strong Solutions Architect with a trading background in utilities /power. A high profile hands-on leader, who contributes to the full end-to-end client engagement model from relationship development through ongoing delivery.
You will have:
Experience in agile and offshore shaping, confidence building and delivery
Experience in delivering to SLAs and objectives including developing delivery teams to be successful.
Experience in Openlink and Endur CRM solutions covering front to back office commodities trading
Strong business acumen with demonstrable leadership skills.
Abe to run/manage the account
Run the service stream
Drive organic sales through innovation
Understand trading and trading applications
A solid track record in service management in a Si/consulting business, who has shown capabilities in organic growth across sales
Technical skills – able to understand live projects and technical management
Hands on business leader with demonstrable experience in accountability for a portfolio of large, complex, and or strategic technical projects/programs/customers in the energy trading industry.
Strong interpersonal relationship skills and an ability to interact, be credible, facilitate discussions and drive outcomes and commitments.
Adapt in building key relationships and networks.
Background in risk management in the energy trading market with demonstrable experience in trading commodities.
Experience selling managing outsourcing / managed services deals and/or other large-scale engagements that include significant offshore delivery.
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English.
Proven experience successfully articulating complex business and technical concepts and able to translate technology innovation into real time live project results.
