Business Solutions Advisor- BSA CRM

The Group Manager, Sales Support, facilitates Avanade's sales teams in successfully and efficiently closing new business, and leveraging specific skills depending on area of focus. He/She provides administrative, project management, analytics & reporting, and knowledge management support throughout the sales process to ensure the timely flow of knowledge, information, decisions and deliverables to the sales teams and customers. The Group Manager develops, implements, and continuously improves relevant processes and credentials to support Business Developer and Account Leader territorial sales growth targets. He/She adjusts analysis and approach to sustain Avanade's strategic priorities. He/she provides support in account(s)/area/regional go-to-market strategies, pipeline and prioritization, account planning, territory analysis, revenue target definition and account plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develops and implements relevant processes and tools for a given territory/region/service line to support decisions and sales growth
  • Contributes to an environment that facilitates sales professional creation of sales enablers and fulfillment of proposals in an efficient manner
  • Supports the yearly Account Plans process
  • Builds assets, differentiators, and processes to support cross-selling
  • Acts as a liaison with other functions to deliver relevant collateral to Business Development Executives and Account Leaders
  • Develops an environment and processes which enhances sharing across the sales community
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement or enhancements in sales functions and customer service
  • Proactively modifies necessary processes and procedures to reflect customer and market needs and continuously exceed customer expectations in a timely manner
  • Develops and implements management decision tools, and manages territory/region business development pipeline and opportunities
  • Provides regular pipeline reporting and revenue forecasting to inform strategic planning and decisions
  • Secures alignment to the DEEPR process and ensures use of enablement tools to facilitate selling excellence
  • Oversees the development and maintenance of a well-organized filing system to permit easy reference and rapid retrieval of information

Years of Experience: 6+ years

Management Experience: 3+ years

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, sales or marketing recommended
