Position Overview

As part of the Marketing Operations and Technology team, you will join a group that drives the strategic vision and develops the Marketing Technology roadmap supporting Digital Asset Management, a core foundational element in our marketing technology roadmap. Working within the Content Technology team, you will be responsible for defining marketing technology for digital asset management, driving requirements by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and prioritizing capabilities to deliver business outcomes. This role will manage technology deployment, measure success and drive adoption. Change management experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Capture requirements for Digital Asset Management based on stakeholder needs to inform technology roadmap and required integrations
  • Establish a marketing technology roadmap to support business enablement with people, process and technology
  • Prioritize roadmap, capabilities and integrations based on business outcomes
  • Drive deployment of technologies, measure success and ensure adoption of capabilities
  • Serve as the voice of our stakeholders in decisions made with the vendor regarding future capabilities and enhancements
  • Conduct industry analysis to determine best-in-class solutions and cutting-edge capabilities for the business
  • Form business case for future investment areas and driving business outcomes
  • Collaborate with other functions on taxonomy and information architecture for alignment and best practices
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, status meetings and create content for executive updates
  • Keep stakeholders informed of changes in priorities and progress towards fulfillment of outcomes
  • Work closely with stakeholders and partners to develop, test, and deliver clear and compelling requirements
  • Conduct review sessions, demos and other training and enablement to ensure user acceptance and adoption
  • Analyze industry best practices, innovations and trends for informing the future roadmap
  • Effectively sets and measures success criteria with stakeholders to prove outcomes and insights for optimization
  • Bring innovation and experimentation into the roadmap to inform strategy with qualitative and quantitative evidence
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience, preferably in roles combining marketing and technology with digital asset management
  • Strong communication skills and ability to turn technology into a story for business stakeholders
  • Ability to speak to marketing platforms utilized by the company (Adobe, Salesforce, Seismic, Sprout Social, etc.) preferred
  • Ability to succeed in a large, highly-collaborative, cross-functional organization; Self-starter with a positive "Can-do" attitude
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Management and Information Systems or Information Management or a related field
