Position Overview
The Named Accounts Inside Sales Renewal Manager is a great opportunity to work with a high performing, Barcelona based, subscription renewal team. The Named Accounts renewal team works in a team selling environments with Autodesk's Named Account Executives, internal resources, and customer contacts to drive strategic sales initiatives and maintenance, subscription, and cloud renewals. This takes a lot of leadership, strategic vision, internal collaboration, & organization. In this role, you will be responsible for hiring, training, performance coaching & mentoring the team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the team maintains or exceeds named accounts renewal rate targets
- Forecast of renewal rates and new opportunities
- Drive revenue growth in Named Accounts by coaching your team to upsell at the time of renewal
- When possible work with account team to move subscription into the EBA
- Develop and leverage relationship with the Named Account and Extended Team Managers to improve performance and to exceed customer expectations
- Build and refine sales and the reporting process as part of a continuous improvement
- Identify and make recommendations for improvement in sales productivity
- Ensure CRM tools and Autodesk methodologies are leveraged to process and track opportunities
- Direct team with corporate goals and use SMART goals to deliver results
- Encourage innovation by exchanging new ideas to improve operation and efficiency within sales and the supporting organization
- Regularly report on team and individual results: pipeline, conversion rates, and quarterly performance

Minimum Qualifications
- Previous sales people management experience, or Team Lead experience
- 5+ years of a sales experience in an inside-sales (individual contributor role), with documented track record of success
- Bachelor's Degree - 4 year College/University degree
- SFDC proficiency with advanced reporting
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables
- Adaptable, motivated and results oriented
- Sound business acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive package. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location.
