Job Description: The Trainingmanager will be responsible for providing training, communication, and support documentation for a large IT service contract. Creating and maintaining training material Managing training material Coordinating training activities to support staff development, including online and classroom Monitoring staff training compliance Preparing periodic reports to communicate outcomes of training activities Support development of, refine and document claims department policies and practices. Develop and promote adoption within the organization of claims best practices. Required Skills, Experience, and Education
