Service Owner / Lead - (Government Support)
Job Description: The Service delivery lead is r esponsible for ensuring that performance levels and O&M of services are within the constraints of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and the contract. Responsible for a single service. Service areas include Core, CAN/LAN, Access, C&T or NMS service areas). Primary responsibility is to ensure services are performing properly and processes are being followed at optimal levels. May manage a small team of personnel within the service delivery area. Expertise within a defined service area is desired. Such expertise would include network engineering, network security or network monitoring.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education : Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience
Required Clearance: Active TS/SCI, with CI Poly.
