Purchasing Clerk - (Government Support)

Job Description: develops and processes vendor quotes, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders through development and schedule of authorization approvals in compliance with purchasing processes. Organizes solicitation of vendor quotes and analyzes all communication for same to confirm quotes comply with stated requirements. Maintains records of all purchase order and associate documents. Maintains knowledge on all open order statuses and manages calls for purchasing and delivery schedule. Reconciles and corrects all returned and damage goods for remediation by management.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education :  Candidate must have a High School diploma and 3 years of experience.

Required Clearance:  Active TS/SCI, with CI Poly.

Desired: 8570 Certification.
