The att.com Consumer Digital Strategy & Experience team
is looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our team.  This role conceptualizes, defines, and takes
ownership of one or more technical products that power personalization for
AT&T. We are looking for a tenacious, results-driven individual with
excellent communication skills and a passion for building technical products
that drive and empower great digital experiences.  As the Technical Product Manager, you will help
define the future for how AT&T will personalize experiences for its
customers on att.com, in call centers, and in retail stores. The ideal
candidate will be a self-starter with a history of delivering thought
leadership for emerging products and technologies within the digital space.

This position will require a solid technical background with
a strong understanding of Personalization, online UX Strategies, and Analytics.
This candidate will be able to use their technical knowledge and creativity to
define, build, and deliver personalization capabilities that drive business
value. We are looking for a data driven individual who will help build products
that ultimately increase revenue and/or improve the overall experience at AT&T.
This Technical Product Manager will work closely with other teams across
multiple departments including, development, merchandising, testing, and the
experience planning teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the success of a technical product
    or group of products through conceptualization, planning, development, and
  • Defines
    high-level project objectives and turns them into a comprehensive set of user
    stories by
  • Leads
    collaboration sessions to strategize and define the direction of
    personalization products at AT&T that will deliver an excellent
    omni-channel experience
  • Manages delivery
    of a high-quality product that is stable in production and meets performance
    goals by working with developers, architects, and testers 
  • Drives and
    facilitates roadmap alignment with other Product Managers across the
  • Conducts multi-year product planning to
    determine product life-cycle decisions, ensure consistency with overall
    marketing and corporate strategy, and achieve product performance, revenue,
    market share/penetration, and profitability objectives
  • Provides readout to leadership level regarding
    products and plans as assigned

  • 8 years
    consumer or enterprise internet
    software product management experience
  • Experience
    executing personalization strategies in a B2C digital sales environment
  • Ability to drive, contribute to, and
    communicate solutions to technical product challenges
  • Product
    launch and lifecycle management experience
  • Previous
    experience leading a cross-functional organization in executing projects
    from ideation to completion
  • Strong
    analytic and fact-based decision-making skills
  • Ability
    to manage multiple projects simultaneously and operate in a fast-paced,
    high-growth professional environment
  • Must
    possess both outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Bachelor's
    degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
