This role will be part of AT&T Business Product Strategy & Innovation organization and will focus on the software development community. The role will be responsible for leading developer relations and strategic solution architecture efforts on behalf of the organization. As an advocate to the developer community, the candidate will have a background in application development and a proven track record with developers, architects, and/or CIOs.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop developer content from sample applications to tutorials and blogs around core capabilities of AT&T's portfolio including 5G, AT&T Network Edge and network functions
  • Share content with external developer community on AT&T network edge architecture best-practices though public platforms, events, and training sessions
  • Participate in architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment and advocate for developer needs with internal AT&T teams
  • Educate customers on the joint value proposition of AT&T and partner solutions

Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) preferred, MSC a plus, relevant fields of study include Computer Science, Marketing, Business, and/or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar area of responsibility
  • Track record in developing content for developers, such as blog posts and white papers
  • Experience with container orchestration platforms, front end technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3), and development stacks for mobile or web applications
  • Background in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, C++, and GoLang
  • One or more cloud certifications with experience in developing infrastructure solutions with Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform
  • Strong communication skills for public speaking to drive engagement with software developers
