Customer Support Specialist

What you'll do:
You will handle customer questions, complaints and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy along with professionalism.
You will make financial decisions to protect and/or collect revenues and adjust customer accounts. Calls will be technical in nature to include support with network coverage, equipment, products, services, warranties and repairs. You will also have the opportunity to cross-sell AT&T products and services to earn additional monthly incentives! Know your way around the technical landscape? Ready to help customers get the most out of the technology they love and deliver best-in-class service? In this role, you'll come up with innovative solutions to help our customers. Whether you're answering direct calls, transferred calls or trouble tickets, you'll work with the latest systems and tools to assist our customers.
