Job Description

The AVP Product Management, Media Platform owns the development and execution of strategy for Xandr's media platform that powers data-driven advertising sold by Xandr.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drives product strategy and partners with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new platform capabilities. Articulate product benefits, risks and trade-offs to stakeholders in order to get their input and support for strategic direction while moving forward tactical execution.
  • Regularly calibrates multi-year product strategy in consideration of both medium-term go-to-market needs and long-term value proposition ofXandr and market context
  • Oversees a team of product management leaders responsible for the success of a group of Platform capabilities through design, development and execution of product roadmaps.
  • Continually assesses platform performance and work in partnership with Engineering to develop optimizations to for greater speed, stability and efficiency.
  • Develops platform capabilities that drive end-to-end operational efficiency to improve ad sales workflow to make it more streamlined, transparent and timely.
  • Solutions platform capabilities that enable Xandr's media product team to develop customer-facing solutions that are relevant, effective and impactful
  • Communicates product roadmap to cross-functional leadership and ensures key deliverables are met.
  • Serves as liaison with stakeholders to review overall results of product portfolios.
  • Possesses business knowledge and financial acumen to participate with leadership in business case development.
  • Acts as thought leader within Xandr, AT&T and the industry on media, advertising, and technology ecosystem and provides technical guidance


Education:

Bachelors degree. MBA preferred.

Experience:

Typically requires 15+ years of experience developing products and services in the media and advertising industry.
