The jobs related to this team are Directors,  Associate Directors and Lead & Senior UX Designers. If you feel you have the skills we are mostly seeking someone who has the ability to:

Determine how AI techniques can create compelling user experiences. Desirable skills include machine learning, NLP/NLU, Big data, Python, C++, Java and R.  This is both a creative thought leadership position and a hands on solution creation position. Your responsibility will be for end to end effectiveness of solutions you create. From the details of the data that feeds the AI, to the algorithms, to the impact on outcomes of the user experience that you create. You will work closely with a highly skilled, close knit team of UX researchers, designers and developers as part of small project teams.  Project responsibilities include accountability for the outcome of the experiences you help create.  An understanding of business objectives and how to balance them with design and user needs is critical .

Additional Information:

Qualifications

Very strong AI and quantitative analysis skills. Should be familiar with qualitative methods. Recommended Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Quantitative Social Sciences, Information Science, Industrial Engineering, Human Factors Engineering or equivalent experience. Typically requires 3-10 years of experience.
