The opportunity

We're looking for highly motivated and forward-thinking UX Designers to to join our team and help us meet the demand from our clients and develop our core team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Leading the design workstream within Customer Experience or wider Digital Transformation projects.
  • Managing relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Refinement of our core offerings by providing expertise and keeping up to date with the latest trends.
  • Working with senior practice members to support business development activities.
  • Creating thought-leadership to help position Atos's brand in the marketplace.
  • Line management and coaching of junior team members.
  • Organising the transfer of knowledge and skills across the team, sharing best practice.

Skills & experience we can't do without:

  • Understanding and experience working with quan and qual data to create evidence based design (and on occasions conducting your own research activities).
  • UI/UX specialist for web/mobile/enterprise/emerging digital touchpoints.
  • Strong design background, with experience defining design systems/patterns and an understanding of UX best practice.
  • Affinity with creative design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Sketch, etc.
  • Ability to work across the end-to-end design lifecycle from strategy, conceptualisation, information architecture, wireframes/prototypes, UI content creation, art working, quality checking (ensuring the final product matches the initial designs).
  • Workshop facilitation skills using Design Thinking/ Human Centred Design or similar techniques to elicit innovation solutions that solve customer needs
  • Appreciation of technology constraints and opportunities.
  • Circa 3-4 years of experience in Customer Experience and Digital Transformation.
  • UK and Ireland mobility to deliver client projects.

Skills & experience we'd like:

  • Government Digital Service (GDS) design system knowledge.
  • Experience completing user research.
  • Service design experience.
