Work Location: Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore

1. More than 15 years of experience in development of Service Management Web based enterprise tools from Vendors like ServiceNow, HP, BMC, CA etc.

2. At least 6 year of experience of development and designing end to end solutions in ServiceNow.

3. At least 3 mainline active ServiceNow certifications.

4. ITIL certified.

5. Hands-on development experience with SOAP, RESTful API, scripting with ServiceNow.

6. Migration, upgrade and customization experience on ServiceNow.

7. Knowledge of Scrum methodology.

8. Perfect in English Language

9. Operations/BAU experience should not be considered.
