Be our next Onboarding Master!

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-2-end the onboarding process for future employees;
• Collaborate with several support departments in order to make sure that information is available for everyone and they're able to deliver the expected outcome in the agreed deadline;
• Be the SPOC (Single Point Of Contact) for all future employees - keeping them informed and answer their questions;
• Offer support and guidance through first days in Atos, organize presentations etc.
• Closely work with Line Managers in assuring proper handling after employees started;
• Create reports, presentations, work instructions or other type of documents;
• Create and support automation of entire process, think outside the box;
• Looks for constant future improvements of existing process;
• Solve unpredicted issues or follow up on their resolution if it's not in your scope;
• Support in defining the process currently developed and assure its implementation;
• Build and coordinate the future onboarding support team;
• Train a deputy that could cover during your leave;
• Collaborate and stay aligned with the SPOC from other Atos locations.

Desired profiles:

• Highly organized, structured, able to prioritize and efficiently coordinate several activities;
• Good communication skills, sociable, "a people person";
• Proactive;
• Feels comfortable to work with deadlines and occasionally under pressure;
• Shows leadership while is also a team player;
• Willing to learn and face new challenges;
• Takes initiative, looks for improvements;
• A "can do" attitude person;
• Very good skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills - Romanian and English;
• Availability to work from the office min 6 days/month and feels comfortable to interact with people during pandemic times.
