TheSenior Consultantwill have proven experience within the financial services industry across one or more of the following financial areas:Banking, Capital markets, Insurance and Finance and Risk, which may include functional experience within one or more of the following: Intelligent Banking Operations, Customer Excellence and Innovation.
The Consultant will be responsible for the provision of advice, assistance, and leadership in a specific area of expertise. This can be in the range from the implementation of new business strategies to the improvement of existing business processes. Consultants need to be able to explain sophisticated, technical and sensitive issues in simple, straightforward and intuitive ways. Clients rely on them to take an integral perspective and to provide the necessary analyses to back this up.
In addition, eye for business will be required to play a senior role holding delivery responsibility and critical roles in growing the business. The consultant needs to be delivery professional adept at building client relationships and handling sophisticated engagement. This person will also have responsibility for a number of high-profile projects, acquiring accurate and timely data and providing comprehensive analysis of results to deliver clear strategic insight. Lead consulting engagements within the financial services and insurance practice.

Carries out assignments under minimal supervision, applying knowledge, skills and experience.
Play an active role in business development and pre-sales.
Actively participate in the development of internal standards, processes, procedures, methodology, and services.

- Educated to a Bachelor or Master's degree level
- Preferably at least5 years' experience leading consulting engagements for financial services and/or insurance customers
- Experience operating in big IT environments and understanding of how to handle multiple partners in a matrix environment
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Must be willing to travel and work remotely as and when required.
