Job Title: NAO BDS Cyber Security Delivery Manager ll
Location: Atlanta, GA Area
ATOS BDS Cyber Security is looking for a senior Service Delivery Manager to support existing as well as new accounts in the Atlanta Georgia Area. In this specific position you will manage the day-to-day customer relationship and oversee ATOS BDS Cyber Security service delivery. Your main objectives are to ensure highest customer satisfaction, stable operations, business growth and end-to-end responsibility for financial success of the accounts. The service scope can cover the entire ATOS BDS Cyber Security portfolio of managed services and will mostly center around on-site support, service desk, asset lifecycle management, application and workflow integration and operations and others. You will work one-on-one with our customers, supporting the implementation of daily operations models, account governance and reporting. For our new customers you will be responsible for the successful transition of services to ATOS BDS Cyber Security and establishing a respective account structure. You will manage regular face-to-face customer meetings such as QBRs and weekly and monthly operational reviews ensuring high quality customer communication and account growth.
This position will require the ability and willingness work onsite with the assigned customers.
• Account Management:
o Establish a solid working relationship with all levels of customer management, especially senior management up to CIO level
o Have regular face-to-face meetings with customers to ensure there is always a common understanding on priorities, way forward, issues to be resolved, risks, and financials
o Establish structured account development plans
o Take over financial responsibility of accounts including financial monitoring, SLA steering, risk management and monthly billing
o Establish and own regular reporting, especially QBRs
o Work with the account team on contract renewals
o Drive additional business
o Participate in the development of new customer proposals
o Conduct regular deep dives into service quality
o Develop and drive improvement initiatives
• New customer transition:
o Develop customer and service specific transition plan
o Develop cost model and perform respective cost controlling
o Define customer obligations necessary to successfully implement new security services
o Own and manage transition projects
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics or related majors
• Bachelor's degree and minimum 8 years of experience in Information Security and/or Cyber Security space.
• Experience in defining transition project strategies, detailed planning and cost models
• Hands-on experience of managing at least three significant size new customer onboarding projects
• Strong, proven experience in financial account management and risk management
• Sharp problem solving, communication and analytical skills.
• Very good communications skills and ability to handle and resolve conflict situations
