Atos has created a Human Resources Global Shared Services Center (HRGSSC) in Sofia and one of the functional pillars is Compensation and Benefits (C&B), dedicated to the strategy and management of employees' reward, covering direct pay (salary mass monitoring, salary review, external benchmarks), variable pay or bonus, sales incentives, profit sharing, and indirect pay (performance shares, employee stock ownership programs, medical and life insurance, other benefits, well-being at work accolades).

Currently there is an opening for the position of Compensation and Benefits Operations Specialist - German Pensions to work alongside our colleagues in Germany.


Operational responsibility with regards to dedicated pension plans:

  • Administer specific pension plans e.g. Bankenversorgungsverein, Philips Pensionskasse, Ergo Pensionskasse including incident management
  • Ensuring corrections in SAP system when required
  • Processing of employee inquiries on remuneration statements;
  • Ensuring monthly data reporting and, if necessary, correction of incorrect entries or corrections of contributions in the GV system.

Processing pension rights adjustment:
  • Processing of court enquiries regarding pension rights adjustments
  • obtaining the calculation from the providers, answering questions on the lawsuit/court
  • if necessary, requesting an extension of the deadline at court
  • documentation and coordination of the distribution of the completed information to the court
  • archive of all relevant documents

Long-term accounts:
  • Aligning with HR Advisors in cases of employee requests
  • Preparing and sending reports to service provider
  • Initiate payroll implementation if applicable
  • Information to accounting

Administrating of (Accident) Insurances:
  • Aligning with HR Advisors in cases of employee requests
  • Preparing and sending reports to service provider
  • Initiate payroll implementation if applicable
  • Information to accounting

Data exchange with actuaries:
  • Supporting the (monthly/ annual) reporting and data evaluation process for actuaries

Administration of Special payments / Deal Incentives and other onetime payments/effects:
  • Preparing documents for payout
  • Provide payout files to payroll
  • Providing (standard) reports for workers councils

Administration of specific tariff components:
  • Preparing calculations
  • Supporting adjustment processes
  • Providing data

  • Completed studies with a focus on Human Resources or comparable education
  • At least 2-3 years professional experience with regards to company pension schemes
  • Advanced knowledge with regards to the legal requirements concerning company pensions with focus on German law
  • Practice in the provision of services in the HR environment to internal/external customers as well as in the design of corresponding service level agreements
  • Good communication skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong hands on mentality
  • Fluent in German and English
