The Cloud Communications Sales Specialist will play a leading role in driving market engagements across the Cloud Communications Marketplace. Key responsibility is the generation of sales leads for Cloud Communications in Europe across our UCaaS and Cloud Contact Centre portfolio. In addition, you will work closely with the global Cloud Sales Team to drive cloud communications sales within both the existing Atos customer base and as well as new logos.
Your role will be to find it, qualify it, engage the global field Cloud Sales team or close smaller customers yourself!
• Structure and prioritize target account lists
• Cold calls to find the right people within target organization
• Build interest for the Atos UCaaS and CCaaS solutions
• Evaluate and qualify customer demands
• Engage field sales team or close smaller deals
• Working within the growing Cloud Communications team & you will be one of the primary go to people for Cloud Communications
Skills / Requirements:
• 2+ years experience of selling Cloud Communications (UcaaS/ Cloud Contact Centre)
• Confident and ambitious teammate with the ability to self-generate new business
• Cold call experience
• Convincing and sympathetic character
• High level of self motivation
• Ability to learn and adapt
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Strong customer facing presentation skills and confident in on-line demonstrations
• Fluent in one of the following language combinations: French/English, German/English
