Technical Sourcing Specialist - EMEA Remote (Contractor)
We are looking for talented Sourcers to join a newly created remote EMEA team helping us build our technical and product teams. You’ll be based remotely in EMEA but be part of a team of highly skilled technical Sourcers building a gateway for EMEA candidates for our Sydney office. You will play a crucial role in hiring for positions across multiple fast-growing teams and products. Our Sourcers work with our Recruiters and Hiring Managers to search for and engage passive candidates. You’ll get the opportunity to bring all your creativity and inquisitiveness and put that to use alongside a peer group you’ll know and respect. You’ll be a strategic sourcer, comfortable putting together a creative plan then executing it with an engaging and relentless approach.
More about you
On your first day, we'll expect you to have:
- Deep experience as a researcher, sourcer or focused on software engineering or product management candidate pipelines
- A background in the software industry, with an understanding of today's competitive landscape for tech recruiting
- Familiarity with relevant tools and programs (e.g., applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, referral programs, and specialist sourcing tools for candidate identification
- An interest in how branding can help directly influence your recruiting pipelines
