The right candidate will build strong Salesforce Development candidate pipelines, be able to identify/screen/qualify candidates for IT positions, and present resumes to hiring managers.

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:
- Experience in technical recruiting, especially using innovative sourcing methodologies and non-traditional channels
- Familiarity with relevant tools and programs (e.g., applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, referral programs, and job boards)
- Comfort acting as the face of Atlassian, showcasing our values and opportunities to internal and external candidates
Desired Skills
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Ability to learn technical information
- Self-confidence and self-starter
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates
- Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
- Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
- Have a background in IT recruiting and direct experience recruiting Salesforce Developers
