More about you

A great candidate can hit that sweet spot between a technical and a customer facing role. You have a drive to learn new technologies and are responsible for owning customer issues until resolution. You're great fit if you have top notch written and verbal communication skills, along with a comfort communicating with customers.

We are looking for 2+ years of experience in technical support troubleshooting Java/J2EE (or similar) applications, Tomcat or similar web application experience and general understanding of common development practices (Agile Development, source control, code reviews). You will also have working knowledge of (Distributed) Version Control Systems (SVN and Git preferred), experience with SQL databases and Linux.

A great to have is knowledge of continuous integration / continuous delivery concepts and tools and working knowledge of virtualization platforms (Amazon EC2, Docker, etc.).

Note: This position includes requirements to be available for on-call work.
