Sr Program Manager

The Customer Support Technology organization is a passionate team of engineers working diligently to unleash the potential of other Atlassians. We work closely with Atlassian's customer care teams to solve a variety of customer-centric problems and challenges. As a team, we build intelligent self-service support systems, analytics, and smart tools which help Atlassian effectively engage with customers.
As a product manager, you will work with our multi-functional team to set the vision for both the customer and customer care team experience.  You will work with engineering and design to execute on this vision, as well as liaise and manage stakeholders across Atlassian. Your customers are the Atlassian customers seeking help and internal customer care teams that live in our support platform.

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:
Be a visionary: "big picture" focus driving strategies concerning Stakeholder business and technical solutionsAn ability to mediate and make pragmatic compromises especially in light of multiple Stakeholders seeking the same resources in order to meet their business deadlinesA track record of setting appropriate expectations,  crisp execution, and on-time deliveryAttention to detail: successful history of closing loops and delighting customersExcellent verbal and written communication skills adjusted for different audiencesBe able to articulate business valueRepresent a very complex set of asks coherently in a roadmapSet priorities appropriately amongst Stakeholders and DevelpersBalance deliverables based on Stakeholder needs and Development velocity and efficienciesA love for working collaboratively on a team with varied strengthsHave a strong understanding of business and development process (Agile preferably)Be a great listener - be able to sit in a Stakeholder planning session and distill impactful technical requirements3+ years demonstrating success as a PM within a globally distributed team

It's great, but not required, if you have:
Strong technical skills, technical degree or backgroundHistory leading customer care projectsKnowledge of any of the following: Jira, Confluence, Salesforce
