Sr Campaign Manager

Job Description

Atlassian's marketing team is looking for an experienced campaign manager to drive targeted growth. This is the perfect job for a results-driven and creative marketing professional, who possesses diverse knowledge and experience across marketing mix, content management, communications, virtual team leadership, and program management skills.

The Senior Campaign Manager position will be responsible for the overall strategy, development, execution and optimization of targeted marketing campaigns. In this key role within the enterprise marketing group, you will be responsible for determining and developing the campaign, including strategy, messaging and marketing mix, along with all the components of the campaign and supporting programs that will nurture targeted account contacts and expand opportunities within the existing customer database.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in database marketing, digital marketing, content creation and distribution, a strong appreciation of productivity tools and systems, and thrive in a small collaborative cross-functional environment.

More about you

On your first day, we'll expect you to have

  • 4-7 years of proven successful marketing experience in planning, delivering, and measuring marketing campaigns

  • Ability to understand what motivates buyers and translate that into content and campaigns
  • Experience influencing cross-functionally and at all levels to deliver on business goals

  • Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy and manage complex projects as a self-starter
  • Track record of effectively prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfort with lead nurture, MQL funnels, and database marketing
  • Experience using Salesforce, marketing automation, and web targeting tools

It's great, but not required, if you have

  • Strong interest in Atlassian products and/or software development practices
  • Email systems, Google analytics, Salesforce and other marketing tools
  • B2B software marketing background or developer marketing background
  • SQL skills a big bonus
