Atlassian is looking for an experienced technology consulting practice and delivery manager to take the next step in shaping the service delivery approach within our Field Services organization.
In this role, we are looking for you to collaborate with both in-house Advisory (TAM) service team and our Partner consulting ecosystem to shape the evolution of consulting services across both our Self-hosted and Atlassian Cloud (SaaS) platforms. This role is critical to defining how Atlassian will scale our direct and channel service delivery to our Enterprise customers.

TAMs engage with enterprise organizations with some of the most complex business challenges, and help them deliver solutions to their users on Atlassian's technologies. Atlassian partners go the distance delivering solutions from design to implementation and integration in the customer's environment. Together these services ensure the customer's successful adoption of their Atlassian investment.

We’d love if you have worked with Fortune 500 customers in a technology advisory consulting capacity. You should be able to blend your technical knowledge and business acumen to shape consulting offerings that deliver exceptional value to the customer. You should have a good understanding of customer technology needs in areas such as Agile Development, Real-time Business Collaboration, DevOps and Automation, Continuous Integration and IT Service Management. You may have even deployed many of these solution areas through Atlassian's products. In addition you demonstrate a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and governance, and are able to engage strategically with senior leadership within the customer organization, to better align service delivery with customer strategy.
People describe you as a strategic thinker, self-driven technology learner, adept communicator, and a trusted advisor. You can analyze business requirements and translate them to technical needs with ease, and you always go a step further to coach your peers on how to deliver effective service to the customer.
