Senior Program Manager
Atlassian is seeking an experienced program manager to boost the effectiveness of our customer facing teams. You will drive the delivery of all the major initiatives for the team with executive level visibility as well as champion delivery success and the operationalisation of key leadership processes to enable the global teams to hum with efficiency.
This is an exciting opportunity for a program manager with strong influencing, stakeholder management, and exemplary execution skills who thrives in an exciting environment and is ready to roll their sleeves up and get involved. In addition to shaping and driving the major programs of work throughout the teams, you will bring order, focus, and strong commercial acumen while balancing flexibility and innovation. The role will also see you leading the communication strategy for key programs by partnering closely with the leadership team to bring teams on board with the programs' objectives and deliverables. You will drive continual improvement in collaborating and share those practices inside and outside Atlassian.
