Senior Product Manager, Go-To-Market High Touch (West Coast Remote)

In this role you will get to:

  • Define, own and lead a value-driven High Touch roadmap for GTM
  • Identify the underlying business needs, especially when given prescribed solutions or vague requirements
  • Own ideation, strategy, technical development, and delivery of business solutions for our Sales Platform. 
  • Partner with a team of Software Engineers/Developers to design, develop, and integrate cutting-edge software technologies. 
  • Establish and manage relationships with business partners, such as Sales Ops, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Commerce teams
  • Drive the governance of the system integrity and performance of various sales platforms.
  • Drive agile software development methodologies like Kanban or Scrum

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

  • 6+ Years as a Product Manager within the Saas space
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com, CPQ processes,Opportunity -Quote Sync, Billing & Sales Planning tools
  • Deep experience with message-driven architecture and integration patterns (i.e. loosely coupled pub/sub microservices), Including Data Migration & Integration tools (Mulesoft) & Methodologies 
  • End-to-end implementation experience including requirements documentation, systems configuration, project management, issue management, communication and organizational change.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills or experience
  • Logical/Perceptive, problem-solving, detail-oriented, solution-oriented
  • Flexibility/Adaptability/Dealing with Ambiguity

Not required, but nice to have:

  • Salesforce Admin Certification (201)
  • ERP implementation experience
  • Understanding of both front and back end sales processes and platforms
