Senior Enterprise Product Marketing Manager, JIRA Service Desk
Atlassian is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to grow the JIRA Service Desk business. Your role will be to develop and implement marketing strategies and programs to increase awareness and adoption of JIRA Service Desk to the enterprise.
Our ideal PMM is a passionate, experienced B2B product marketer with demonstrated success crafting and executing successful global marketing programs across multiple channels.
What you will do:
Product messaging and positioning. Partner closely with product management and other stakeholders to effectively differentiate JIRA Service Desk in the marketplace.
Develop the strategy for and manage the marketing campaigns and programs that drive awareness and product demand.
Content development. Conceptualize and create unique product and solution content for a variety of channels including email, website, online ads, tutorials/videos and blog.
Channel enablement. You will be the subject matter authority responsible for creating enablement content for our partners and customer teams.
Product launches. Plan and lead product and feature release to drive customer growth
Market, customer and competitive analysis. Be the expert on the customers, the industry trends and the players in the market.
Proven experience creating marketing plans encompassing strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, messaging etc.
Proven experience in sales and channel enablement that grew the business
Experience initiating and driving a range of GTM programs including webinars, tradeshows, social media, content marketing, online campaigns etc.
Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills with an eye for quality and attention to detail
Charisma to effectively lead and inspire without formal authority
Strength in collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies including product management, PR, operations and corporate marketing
Motivated self-starter and organized teammate who thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments
Courage to be creative and innovate on program ideas
Ability to prioritize opposing opportunities, balance customer needs with business priorities and article the rationale behind decisions
Minimum BS/BA degree with 2-5 years of experience in B2B software marketing - SaaS and CRM experience preferred. ITSM experience a plus!
Relevant industry background and experience in IT service management, customer service and/or agile software development is a plus

You’ll be working with product management, outside vendors and an end-to-end corporate marketing teams: field marketing, brand, PR/AR, demand gen, interactive, and funnel science to execute on the GTM strategies and optimize all the stages of marketing.
